The structure of the articles should be as follows:

1- The first page of the article should include the name and surname of the author (authors), title (academic rank), address, and e-mail address of the author (authors). For an article derived from a research project or thesis, the title of the research project or thesis and the name of the supervisor and advisors should be included on the first page.

2- The second page should contain only the title of the article, abstract, and keywords without the name and details of the author(s).

3- Title: It should be short and express the contents of the article.

4- Abstract: 200 to 250 words (equivalent to 15 lines) and includes the statement of the problem, purpose, method of research, points, and important findings.

5- Main words: between 4 and 6 words and playing the role of index and index to facilitate electronic search.

6- introduction: stating the research problem, its method, necessity, and purpose.

7- The main text of the article.

8- conclusion: logical, useful, and expressive discussion and presentation of research findings.

9- list of references: the order of bibliographic information elements is in alphabetical order as follows: References: The reference list should be placed at the end of the text. The author’s last name, the publication year of the cited work, and, if necessary, page numbers are included in the text when citing sources. This is typically done in parentheses.

Here are some points about all the references mentioned in the text, and the reference:

1) Reference to a verse from the Bible or Surah of the Quran: (Cor. 13:4), (Luke 1:26-27), (Quran 2:5).

2) Reference to Nahj al-Balaghah: (Nahj al-Balaghah: Sermon 50).

3) If more than one source is inserted into the text, separate them with a semicolon (;).

4) If there are four or more authors, the corresponding reference should be cited in “the first author et al. date” format. Books:

Surname, name. (year of publication). Title of the book in italics (edition [2nd/3rd/more ed.]). Name of the translator or proofreader. Place of publication: Name of the publisher.

Brief guidelines for submitting book reviews

Contributors who wish to develop book reviews to be published in this journal are expected to observe the following instructions:

1. The book to be reviewed must be of special value and research significance in the overall field of Quranic scholarship.

2. The book must not be published/republished more than twenty years ago. In case it is republished, this can be a hint for its usefulness.

3. Indicate full bibliographic details of the book, plus the total volumes and page numbers.

4. If the book under review is a translation, assert the translator's name as well as the original title, plus the year in which the original was published.

5. In case the book is published in a language other than English, indicate at least a rough translation of its title so that its scope would be clear.

6. The review must be between 500 to 2000 words long. Avoid adding any footnotes or bibliography.

7. The review is expected to be descriptive rather than evaluative.

8. Summarize the chief merits of the book, plus the way(s) it could be improved in its subsequent editions.

9. A review written by the author of the book is not accepted for publication.

10. The reviewer must indicate his or her own name and affiliation. A book review should be written by one person: no single review may be written by two or more persons.

11. Mere submission of a book review does not guarantee its publication in the journal.

12. Poor book reviews are rejected.
